San Angel Shrimp Cocktail


40 shrimp
1 red onion, diced
juice from 2 limes
1 avocado, diced
1 jar San Angel Cascabel Sauce
lime wedges for garnish


Mix one jar San Angel Cascabel Sauce with diced red onion, and lime juice. Fold in the shrimp and add a diced avocado. Serve in martini glasses and garnish with cilantro leaves and a lime wedge.
